What began as a small family-run transport business in the early 2000s has grown into one of New Zealand’s trusted freight providers.
Founded by Clyde Langford in the Bay of Plenty, Langford Transport was built on a simple philosophy - to provide a reliable service, build strong relationships and always deliver on your word. Over the past two decades, that commitment has remained at the heart of everything we do.
Working alongside his son, Ben, Clyde has grown the business into a nationwide transport company specialising in the kiwifruit, specialised milk and general freight industries. Our modern fleet and experienced team enable us to provide dependable transport solutions across New Zealand.
In 2022, Langford Transport reached another important milestone with the acquisition of the PRH Haulage curtainside fleet. This expansion added nine 50MAX B-Train and Truck and Trailer units, increasing our capacity and strengthening our ability to support customers throughout the country.
While our fleet has continued grow, our values have remained the same. We take pride in employing a loyal and experienced team, with many of our drivers having been part of the Langford Transport family for many years. Their dedication, professionalism and commitment to safety are what make us a trusted partner for businesses across New Zealand.
